Returns and Exchanges

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed on the site. Clothedright.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We here at clothedright.com will accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the date your order was shipped. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. All sales are final on clearance items!

Returned items must not be worn or washed. If you return any items, they must also be free of any stains such as makeup deodorant, or wear with all product tags attached. If you receive defective items, then you must report it within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, clothedright.com will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email (info@clothedright.com) or call 240-307-2112 within 24 hours of receiving your package. In order to return any item, you must request a return authorization code by email. Once you receive your authorization code, you may return your item to the return address. All returns may be sent to P.O. Box 518 Waldorf, MD 20604.

We here at clothedright.com are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages, so we recommend when sending packages you get a tracking number. Any items marked clearance, cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

In order to make easy exchanges, we will create a new order for the exchange item you'd like to receive. When the order is created, you are asked to provide a method of payment that will be charged at that time. After the order is paid for, it will be processed and shipped out promptly. When we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).
